*In order to achieve your success and obtain the “Success Guarantee,” students must use all of the following tools and agree to the following Terms and Conditions (Step 1 On Demand Video Course Upgrade Option):
1. Students must complete all lecture series, lecture quizzes, and practice exams within their access period.
2. Students must complete the two (2) free NBME exams included in the Course in timed mode and the NBME exams must be taken for the first time (one (1) NBME must be taken prior to or on Day 1 of the Course and one (1) must be taken within fourteen (14) days of completion of the Course). Additionally, the Pre-Course NBME results must be sent to us prior to commencing the Course and Post-Course NBME results must be sent to us following completion of the Course.
3. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam score(s) taken for the first time after completing the entire Course and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 75% or above or two (2) consecutive NBME scores of 72% or above must be achieved after completing the Course and prior to sitting for the exam).
4. Students who decide to forego taking the Step 1 examination, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Time constraint issues shall not form a basis for eligibility to receive a refund.
6. Extraordinary circumstances experienced by a student that affects their ability to continue and/or complete the program shall not be granted a refund, but may at the sole discretion of the Success Academy be granted extensions of their classroom access.
7. Students must write the exam within one-hundred and twenty (120) days from completing the program.
8. Students must inform us of an exam failure within seven (7) days and provide us with their full pdf score report in order to be eligible for a tuition refund.

1. Student must attend all lectures, test-taking strategy sessions, and complete all quizzes as per the study plan and during the Course.
2. Students must complete the two (2) free NBME exams included in the Course in timed mode and the NBME exams must be taken for the first time (one (1) NBME must be taken prior to or on Day 1 of the Course and one (1) must be taken within fourteen (14) days of completion of the Course). Additionally, the Pre-Course NBME results must be sent to us prior to commencing the Course and Post-Course NBME results must be sent to us following completion of the Course.
3. Student must submit all required quizzes and question bank materials electronically via our exam portal during their four (4) week session and not thereafter.
4. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam score(s) taken for the first time after completing the entire Course and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 75% or above or two (2) consecutive NBME scores of 72% or above must be achieved after completing the Course and prior to sitting for the exam).
5. Students who decide to forego taking the Step 1 examination, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund.

Students must complete two (2) NBME exams in timed mode and the NBME exams must be taken for the first time (one (1) NBME must be taken prior to or on Day 1 of the Program and one (1) must be taken within fourteen (14) days of completion of the Program). Additionally, the Pre-Program NBME results must be sent to us prior to commencing the Program and Post-Program NBME results must be sent to us following completion of the Program.
3. Students must provide us with their timed, NBME exam scores after completing the entire Program and prior to sitting for the exam (proof of one (1) NBME score of 82 or two (2) NBME scores of 80 must be achieved after completing the course and prior to sitting for the exam).
4. Students who decide to forego taking the Step 2 CK examination, for any reason whatsoever, will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Time constraint issues shall not form a basis for eligibility to receive a refund.
6. Extraordinary circumstances experienced by a student that affects their ability to continue and/or complete the program shall not be granted a refund, but may at the sole discretion of the Success Academy be granted extensions of their classroom access.
